A 10-month leadership cohort
The Healing Leadership Lab
A 10-month journey for reclaiming wholeness, healing work culture and humanizing how we lead. An intimate, cohort-based sanctuary for senior leaders, institutional changemakers, creatives and visionary practitioners.

Reclaim your wholeness
The reality of leadership burnout
Modern leadership runs in chronic overdrive. We're trained to solve complex institutional and societal problems in siloed corners, using cognitive, high-exertion strategies, often at the expense of our well-being, our creativity and our personal values. When organizational cultures fracture, leaders are expected to hold the pieces together with no space to process their own exhaustion.
A somatic leadership development cohort. The Healing Leadership Lab is a 10-month incubator designed to break this cycle. By blending structured leadership inquiry with deep somatic practice, nervous system regulation and creative expression, it rewires how you meet the complexities of your role.

Sustainable leadership
What you'll gain
Regulate your nervous system: shift out of fight-or-flight into grounded presence, so you can lead through crisis without sacrificing your health.
Reclaim your creative edge: use playful, somatic and experiential practices to find new approaches to your organization's thorniest problems.
Dismantle toxic productivity: trade siloed, high-exertion habits for sustainable, healing-centered cultures that promote psychological safety and prevent burnout.
Cultivate human connection: in an increasingly automated, AI-driven world, anchor your practice in a trusted peer collective that offers sanctuary and accountability.
*The image shows Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with golden lacquer, illuminating the fractures rather than hiding them. Reclaiming wholeness isn't about being flawless; it's about integrating our scars and lessons into a story of resilience and humanized strength.*
The rhythmic architecture
The Lab runs on a seasonal rhythm designed to fit a demanding professional calendar. With four in-person Saturdays in Ithaca, NY, it suits leaders who can travel to the Finger Lakes periodically.
- 1
Praxis Labs
Required. Ten 90-minute virtual sessions: somatic opening, collective processing of a shared text, a problem-of-practice share, and somatic closing and integration.
- 2
Restoration Circles
Invited. Seven 90-minute virtual sessions, no preparation needed: poetry, somatic awareness, a deep cohort check-in and creative processing to restore your capacity.
- 3
Seasonal Saturdays
Required. Four in-person half-days in Ithaca: nature immersion, shared food, curated workshops and intention-setting. The final Saturday ends with a closing ceremony.
- 4
Leadership Pods
Peer duos or trios meet for light-touch monthly check-ins that keep the community connected and help each leader stay accountable to their intentions.
- 5
The Evergreen Ecosystem
Ongoing access to a private WhatsApp community for real-time resource sharing and peer support, long after the 10-month cycle closes.

Not another rigid obligation
If you're worried about adding another commitment to your calendar, I invite you to take a big, deep breath. Praxis Labs are designed to be the most spacious, engaging and dynamic ninety minutes of your month.
Come ready to put down your titles, engage your imagination and experience a style of learning that fills your cup instead of emptying it.
At the closing ceremony on our final Saturday, the cohort celebrates, reflects and names what's next, with each leader sharing key learnings, growth and future intentions while honoring the relationships they've built.

A note on attendance
Because the Lab relies on real-time processing, mutual witnessing and collective trust, live attendance is expected for all Praxis sessions and in-person gatherings. Please check these dates against your personal and institutional calendars before you apply, so you can protect these blocks. Restoration Circles are optional: join when you feel called to do deeper work. To keep our container confidential, no virtual sessions are recorded.
Your investment
How much is tuition?
Total program tuition is $5,000. A limited number of needs-based scholarships are available, first come, first served (see below).
What does tuition include?
All monthly virtual Praxis Labs and Restoration Circles, four catered in-person Saturday seasonal gatherings and workshops in the Ithaca area, curated texts, a somatic toolkit, a welcome bag, and access to the peer community network.
When is payment due?
Payment is expected in full upon acceptance. In limited cases, payment plans may be available on request. This structure assumes you have stable access to organizational and/or personal resources.
Can my institution pay directly?
Yes. If your institution pays directly, I'll provide an institutional invoice and a W-9.
Can my organization sponsor me?
The Lab is designed to qualify for professional development funds and HR wellness allocations, so many leaders seek organizational sponsorship.
How can I make the case to my employer?
Somatic intelligence: participants learn body-based strategies to navigate institutional friction, engage clearly in crisis and keep executive presence under pressure. Structured development: the Praxis Lab protocol gives you a confidential peer advisory board for real organizational challenges, plus workshops tailored to your needs. Burnout prevention: leadership turnover costs momentum, culture and recruitment; the Lab sustains high performers over the long haul. Strategic networking: a multi-sector cohort fosters systems thinking siloed networks can't match.
What is the Access & Equity Fund?
Whole Human Leadership is committed to disrupting the inequities that shape who gets access to high-level professional development and healing spaces. Institutional budgets rarely reach grassroots changemakers, independent artists and community healers doing vital on-the-ground work. To honor this, I offer a limited number of Access & Equity Scholarships.
Who qualifies for a scholarship?
Practitioners who meet both criteria. 1) No access to institutional funding: no employer, grant or corporate budget can sponsor your professional development. 2) Financial need: you can't comfortably afford full tuition. As a general benchmark, this means a household income under $100k, a high debt-to-income ratio, or work in historically underfunded creative and grassroots sectors. Indicate your need on the application. It's trust-based, with no income verification; please self-select mindfully so these seats go to those who need them most.
