Leading through Narrative

This half-day interactive workshop is designed to help you bridge the gap between your personal journey and your professional life.

Facilitated by Dr. Laura Colket and sponsored by Story House Ithaca, we will step away from the noise to explore the stories that shape our approaches to leadership. We'll explore how we can use narrative as a tool to spark real, intentional change within ourselves and with the people we work with.

You will leave with a clearer sense of your own leadership path, along with practical tools to build a more authentic, more connected team.
